In our memory will remain wonderful moments spent here. Let the best recommendation be the fact that next year we plan to spend two weeks here even though we come from Poland and we have to drive over 2 thousand miles.The house is equipped with all tourist facilities and equipment. It is very comfortable and functional. The location is quiet and peaceful - you can only hear crickets. From the windows of the house and huge terrace is a wonderful view of the bay. Pebble beach is located about 50 meters, it is ideal for swimming and diving. The water is clean, clear and warm, unlike Budva and Beici where it is so crowded you can hardly find a spot for your chair. On this beach, deckchairs and blankets can be spread anywhere and feel at ease. For full text of this review click here.

One of our most memorable vacations, we absolutely fell in love with the town, the people, and the view from the property's terrace! The house is extremely functional and modern. An excellent choice for those who wish to discover the Montenegro coast and Kotor. Thank you!

we spent a fab week in this house. located 5 minutes drive from kotor overlooking the fjord with great views, the house is ideal for couples or families in the nice village/town or prcanj. we ate outside each morning overlooking the kotor fjord. we were able to visit sveti stefan budvha petrovac and all around kotor in our hire car.
the house was a fabulous and comfortable base. many pleasant restaurants nearby alongside the fjord edge. bakery and general store nearby for every day provisions
highly recommended

We are sorry that our vacations didn`t last for more weeks. We had a great time in Montenegro. I will tell all my friends and members of family of this country. I hope we need a house in Prcanj again. I will let you know. With our car we went to lustica(plavi horizont,zanjice,rose). we saw budva,(placa ploce,sveti
stefan,petrovac,buljarica) and we drove to cetije. The very best greetings from austria to you thanks Norbert and family.

We did enjoy our stay very much. It is a marvellous place you have over there. Everything was clean and looked good. Your new bathroom was wonderful. Your manual of the house and the tips of the country were very useful. We did see a lot of the country. After Kotor and the beaches of Budva and Jaz we went to Cetinje, Podgarica and Zabjlak where we did some
mountainwalking. We stayed there for a night cause it was to far to drive back on the same day.
